At Ives Hardy, we are committed to providing you with beautifully crafted wedding guest attire that makes you feel confident and elegant. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or fit the way you intended. That’s why we’ve created a return policy that is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and garment bags must be intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Sale or clearance items may be final sale unless otherwise stated.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for mailing your item back to us. Please do not send any item without prior authorization, as it may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and will be processed once we receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or different from your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.
